Well I was washing my car and closely looked at my wheels, the fkin clear coat is coming off, i got 11k miles and i will be calling my dealer soon I will let everyone know how it turns out!
Well the dealership told me ITS BECAUSE of a chemical that I used.....well I said Ive never used any chemicals......then it was caused by salt LOL.......I DIDNT EVEN have the front wheels on the car in the winter......
THis is total bulls***....Im going to speak with the service manager tomorrow......
In your opinion do you think that should be covered under warranty? I do understand it might be my fault, if that caused it but I owned a mustang b4 and had dirty wheels from time to time and nothing ever happened to them.
Aslo the dealership said "you had to use a chemical, or maybe salt caused it" havent used anything yet and didnt have the wheels on in the winter :\
If I put myself in Mazda's shoes. I would say no. It'd kinda be like tryin to get the dealer to fix paint chips under warranty IMO. Does absolutely suck that it's happening to you so soon though.
Gold goes well with red. I have a red as well and I want gold wheels on it so I might paint my stockers not sure yet. Gold on red is a hot combo and pretty rare on ms3s.
