ive got prosport electronic guages to install ths weekend...wideband,boost and oil pressure...just wondering if anyone has installed the oil guage and wanted to see how you put the sender on. Thanks

Sorry I don't have any pics of mine, but I bought a conventional oil filter adapter from PG, then used a Prosport sandwich plate between the filter and the bracket on the block.

This allows the use of an oil pressure gauge as well as any oil filter you care to use. No more relying on far-away dealers to get filters from.

Sandwich plate (at one point Ken had multiple versions of this, so verify that you get one that fits the MS3):

What makes more sense to have, pressure or temp? I'm ready to pull the trigger on the Prosport gauge pod w/ boost, a/f and ?? for the 3rd. Don't have a turbo timer yet and thinking temp may be the better one - pressure is kinda covered by the idiot light or dashhawk later.

I'd go for pressure. By the time the idiot light comes on, you may already be driving a 4-wheeled paperweight.

You could also get a combo gauge with both temp & pressure in one.

And maybe I've missed it, but I haven't noticed an oil pressure option on my Dashhawk. I'll sure as sh*t go look for it, though. Pisses me off that manufacturers don't feel the need to give us an oil pressure gauge on a high performance engine.
