MS3 K04 Map found

Thanks to AzMs3 over at the other forum for gathering this info. He got this map directly from the supplier of our turbo

According this the trubo is good for 21ish before it becomes over worked.
Thats GREAT news. LOL at all the haters saying "you blow that turbo in no time at 18psi"

im so tempted to turn the boost up lol, i need a freaking IC...i cant beleive im saying this but vday cant come any quicker lol

p.s. so how about the engine? how much can it handle before the big boom? lolz
 
if you browse the 6 boards there a bone stock engine that suppesdly made 500whp. Motec, 2nd injectors, all the bolt ons, big turbo the works....who knows if its true.
 
Only reason they needed extra injectors is because they didnt have the fuel pump solved. Now that we got that problem fixed, we just need a damn tuning solution along with methanol. Turn that boost up Loosh & Driver!
 
so far 420ish at the crank has been accomplished by us. We had some issues with the Methanol though and the boost was turned down a bit. We need to upgrade it to the stage 2 meth kit and replace his plugs then we might be able to go farther. Remember the stock clutch went to s*** on this much power though. We all think that we are on borrowed time though. We turned the boost up above 20 and there were some issues with the fouled plugs.

what car is this? ms3? ms6? Whats done to it?
 
ms6 it's jcgemt2003's car (Jason) it has a GT3071, custom TBE, Custom turbo inlet intake w/hacked up CP-E intake. Top mount, motor mount, stage 3 clutch, XEDE, disconnected Meth kit atm.
 
well on the ms6 that translates to roughly 330AWHP. At 420 crank with 20% loss which is 84hp that makes just over 330 at the wheels hence I said 420ish. and he is making 300 at the wheels at only 3000rpm.

Also remember he is making just under 400awtq aswell.
 
Well i would hope people would go with a one stage colder plug once they hit 19 psi. I would give up a few ponies for the safety factor. Only problem with colder plugs is you usually end up idling rougher. I found 1 step colder plugs for the MS3 but dont have the info here in front of me.

So the plugs fouled out at about 20 psi with meth? Was that with added timing or just added boost?

Any ignition goodies on the horizon for a hotter spark yet?
