I feel like your post was directed at me earlier. I dont care if you think Im overestimating my income. However I would like to take this time to offer anybody on the board to order any vitamins, herbs, supplements, protein, HBA, or organics. Stop in for a smoothie if you pass through town. Our prices are good, and our selection is great.(wink)

Relax bud I wasnt throwing a punch or directing a post to anyone just making a general comment on income threads....

My point still stands: if your debt > assets you are not wealthy... that isnt contradictory to someone being highly leveraged in order to have the opportunity to increase their assets....(hell most wealthy entrepeneurs were initially just highly leveraged entrepeneurs - they didnt become wealthy until they were able to remove the leverage)

average income doesn't determine poor, middle class, or rich. It's clear some people in this thread understand economics while others don't. You can spend 200k in one night, then the next night your buddies ask if you want to go to the bar but you can't because you just spent all your money. Then, the bill collectors come and ask you to pay your bills, but you can't because you spent all your money. You are thereby poor with a 200k income.

Now apply that to a multi-million dollar income, and there are MANY people in that situation. Still poor.

Wealth is determined by how long you can sustain yourself if you lost your income. I read that in a book, one that more people should read.

cars are a very poor economic indicator. Often times, the people driving nicer cars (40k-70k for example) are eeking by.

We call that "hood rich" around here.

but really i only say that because i could have gotten on here and posted a lie about how much i make, to be honest i looked at this thread twice before posting cuz i felt dumb posting such a small number. just understand i could have said 65k electrical technician very easily haha, just as easy as anybody else on here can. so a guy that makes 40k a year that lives in his mom's house that doesn't have any bills to pay is RICH ???? hooray !!! "there goes the american dream"

But then again, i guess the government doesn't look at it that way, they place you in a bracket of how much u make a year to determine what class your in.... If you're a millionaire that like to blow your money, thats not the governments fault, thats yours ....they still consider you rich... just stupid rich ....

Lets face it guys, THEY base us on our income , not on how we spend our money... in this case, under the six figure mark is middleclass....its up to you on how you blow your money away

Same engine, same power, but lighter car. MS3 > MS6 IMO.

i just barely twisted an axle to pieces haha, and it was on the rear end. so i made my MS6 fwd...it blows! its really not even fun to drive anymore haha.. well except last night an acura tl was trying to race me from a dig, and i didn't want to for obvious reasons. so i got going on a roll next to him in second, and just mashed the pedal. wow i peeled out all the way through second, and just let off completely before third cuz i was so dissapointed with my acceleration. but it was kinda fun to see his face cuz my car sounds evil, and the wheelspin showed him up lol

Speaking of white ms3, i saw one last week on gardenstate parkway.

i looked real closely by the toll area at the car, and noticed that he bought an ms3 RIMS and i tell you not, the car looks like a ms3 but it was a regular 3 !!!

on the note, he prolly changed the spoiler too bcuz it can really fool u ;-)
