Mp5 ?

Well today I called my dealer and asked them about a mazdaspeed exhaust for my 2003 P5 but the dealer said that they have a mazdaspeed exhaust for a 2001 to 2002. Will this fit on my car? They said that when they look up the 2003 P5 they get the same part number but they are not sure if it will fit.

Yah I know they should know this kind of stuff but I dident want to buy the wrong one thanks for the info.

A word to the wise. If you do get it make sure it has a gasket with it. The gasket is supposed to come with it but most of the time is conveniently missing.

just make sure that they're giving you an exhaust for the P5 and not just 'a' Mazdaspeed exhaust (as the sedans have an extra 4.5" in between the muffler and the tip). you could also see if anyone on the boards is trying to sell one, you might get it for cheap

Good point Phreak. Make sure the part number they give you is a 0000-8m-c10.

Well just came back from the dealer and the one that they had will fit. And the gasket came with it actually the box that it was in was not even open yet and the guy who helped me opened it right infront of me, so I'm happy.
