Yeah so I'm getting Tenzo R racing seats somewhat soon, and I have leather front seats, with silver down the middle. I plan on selling these leather seats when I get my Tenzo R's, but since the silver in the middle kinda only goes with a red or silver car, I'm re-upholstering them myself into black perforated leather in the centers. Also, I thought people would like to know what the driver seat of your own car looks like all in pieces, I thought it looked cool, like some kind of futuristic chair, haha. whee.

Well all leather is misleading, but yes it is real leather in the parts you sit on, but some of the side trim is black vinyl - tho a professional upholsterer couldn't tell the difference until he saw the inside of them - but it will wear in like a comfy chair like leather does.

whered you get those seats? none of the P5s at any dealerships i looked at had seats with the silver? i was just curious, im fine with my all black leather seats

How much for the seats with the silver insert, I repainted my interior trim silver and I think those would look great.

well it is kinda too late for the silver trim sorry, already mid replacing them with perforated black - as for the seats, they were contracted out by a local leather works to build - so they are pretty much unique. They are not mazda factory seats, they are pure aftermarket built. Originally had the entire car leathered out (bench, door panels, and seats) with black leather to the tone of $1,500, yes this is the real, better than any mazda leather, stuff. I then ADDed silver dyed to the centers(there is no such thing as silver metallic leather so I dyed it) and it looked nice, but now I'm selling them because I autocross A LOT, or soon will more. Sure Ferrari's have leather and they autocross - but they also have 5 point restraints to hold you in. I have no personal experience about the leather causing me to slip out of my seat - seems I stick more if you know leather.

Yeah so as for selling them, I can't put a number on it because they are not finished yet, don't know how they look - but truthfully I'm trying to get enough to pay for one MMrusa Tenzo R seat and bracket for it - which is 370.00 without shipping. Since I'd be selling both I would need seats meanwhile - so I'll probably end up selling them localy to someone who can just swap seats with me - unless someone wants to go out of their way for them. They are VERY comfortable seats, and retain driveside lumbard and whatnot support. Anyone have other questions? I know it's not all clear, mainly because I don't have a clear plan yet
