MP5 high-flow cat

Anyone know where to get a decent hi-flow cat that bolts on the the MP5? Does anyone make one?

I'm already running the MS axle-back muff and a drop in K&N. Those have free'ed up a good bit of responsiveness. I want to keep the MS muff as it's not too loud for my liking.

Would a hi-flow cat change the sound much?

So would it be much difference in sound (trying to keep sorta quiet) with the non-cat? With the no-cat I guess I could put the stocker back on for inspection. It would depend on how much difference it makes in sound/power...
