MP3's UNITE! Post your MP3

Thanks guys. The manifold was from a company that is now defunct. They made good stuff, but I think became overwhelmed, and it spiraled out of control. My MAF is just there to keep the CEL off, as I am running a MAP sensor, with the Haltech. I guess I forgot to post a picture of that. Check for the update.

Wow man do you have a high resolution of that pic! I need it for my background!

hmm imma have to take some pics this weekend. just got done installing new MM and kenwood stock sub. i am in love again. gotta get splitsecond installed this weeked too.

CULRIDR! that's exactly what i was planning on doing to my wheels - i want to keep the stock rims but wanted them gun metal (and here i was thinking i was all original with that idea, lol). can you tell me where you got them done and how much it ran you?

I'm not the 1st one either, as I took my final decision (after also wanting gunmetal) after seeing yet another MP3 with this done.

And to answer your question, it cost me ~100$ worth of material (sandpaper, primer, Duplicolor gunmetal paint, Duplicolor clear coat.
Follow this thread ;)

FROZEN: Patch the holes, paint them over and when the cops pull you over, tell them when you bought the car there was no holes to put a license plate! the ticket isn't too much for a missing front plate anyway, right? (and if you do this, let me know, b/c i'm thinking about taking my front plate off and doing the same! lol)

thanks CUL. I bought my MP3 new but let it sit for 3 1/2 years (i commute 120 round trip to work and wanted to give it a break after racking up 105K miles in 4 years on it, so I bought a truck) and just put it back on the road - i'll get some new pics up this weekend (and update my profile with the few things i have done to it!) Great pics guys - I am glad i found this group again! I was debating on not doing any more mods to my car b/c i thought maybe it would be worth more one day if it was all original (i saved every OEM part i've replaced just in case) but i've decided i love this car TOO much to ever want to sell it! maybe it's b/c it was the first new car i ever bought (the first car i ever bought on my own for that matter), but i can't imagine ever getting rid of it!

P.S. thanks for that link CUL, i'm a little scared of trying that on my own though - was a fairly easy process?

No it wasn't hard at all. And to put it in perspective, I did mine WITHOUT that how-to; I only found it about a week after I finished my wheels.
Just make sure to take your time :)

alright, they're not the best pics - in fact, they are the worst on this thread, and possibly on the site, lol. but my digital camera is acting up (it won't charge) so i couldn't get any pics done this weekend, but i came across a couple i took w/my cell phone while it was in my dad's garage about to be worked on. to see the lift my dad has in his garage is worth it though. not bad for a backyard mechanic - but he's the best, i don't take my car anywhere else! oh yeah, and one of my truck the day i bought it!

Nice thanks for the contribution RAHNE!

Keep em' coming! Im sure there's plenty of nice MP3's still out there.

Ok, so he has the altezzas. I had them at one time myself (along with neon lights underneath), so I can't talk. How about the rest of the car? Are side designs tastefully done? Looks like nice wheels! Let's take a closer look at the ride before final judgment is passed. Give them a chance.
