Well, if its the stock one's on the MP3 I'm sorry to say they won't work on the P5 w/o some kind of modification. If you check out the Racing Beat web site (www.racingbeat.com) they get into greater detail.
Basically, the MP3's sway bars are much larger in diameter than the P5 and therefore much more resistant to flex (better handling). As a result, more load is placed on the end-links and the end-link flanges on the struts themselves. That is the problem, both the endlink and the end-link flange have to be reinforced (like the Tokico shocks on the MP3) to accomodate a larger diameter. (They have a picture on the website)
I've looked into this upgrade for almost a year now and I am waiting for the Tokico Illuminas coming out in the fall for the P5.
Ahh yes the Tokico shocks that are going to come out this fall for the p5 are reinforced to handle the sway bars. Well hmm, I read about that but didn't make the connection that it was why we don't have em. Thanks for the in depth.
