MP3 Serial Numbers

So I'm new here and am tantalizingly close to buying an MP3 (this weekend hopefully). I was just wondering if there is a difference in the serial numbers of the MP3's from the regular Protege, just to make sure this car isn't a fraud. Let me know if you have any information. Thanks!

Yes, you can find out by running the VIN!!

What do you mean by "running the VIN", like through Crafax?

carfax, ask your parts counter at a mazda dealer, they can all read the VIN


i THINK car fax will even tell you for free what the VIN matches to.
