mp3 newb questions

hey guys

well im new to the site, sorry for seeming like a newb. i have been reading up on the forums for a few days now. anyway, i am wanting to buy some new rims and tires for my new mp3. i have heard of some good sites, where does everyone else get theirs?
(i have just the stock alloy 15's)

also can anyone give me stock speed that the mp3 gets in the .25 mile? i really doubt that i am going to take it to the tracks to do a bench mark (sorry for the pc slang).
