has anyone noticed how the z919 cuts off the filename of the song? well recently i found out how to fix it. first you need a program that will burn ISO 9660 level 2. the only program i found that will do that is Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.
first you wanna make sure your filenames are no longer than 31 char, including .mp3 (this is one of the setbacks of not having a z828 that reads ID3 tags).
make a data cd and before you add anything, go to File -> CD Project Properties
in the General tab, change the File System to ISO 9660
click on the File System tab and at the bottom pick the Long File Names option (ignore the 30 character thing...its 31)
now when you add the files, any files that are over 31 will bring up a dialog asking you to fix it, do so if you like
now you can at least have the whole title of the song instead of it being cut off

sorry enry but no one really visits the MP3 Sound forum
