yeah, so I finally got my front motor mount in. I tried last weekend, but I couldnt get the bolt off, I needed a longer tool.. but today I did it, and like everyone said, took about 5 minutes.. I must say that you can actually tell a difference. I only have the front one in, but when I start up my engine, it hardly shakes at all. and when I shift, its much smoother. good mod I must say. I got the automatic tranny mount btw.

How are launches with just the front auto mount in? Do you still get a lot of wheel hop?

Nice, can you order the rear individually as well? I go this route and get the fronts only for now, then rears later on.

What is the primary reason for replacing the front motor mount?
get rid of the wheel hop on the launch and does not vibrate at idle as much if you install just the front one..
inho the best mod under $70 besides the MBC

Where do you jack up the motor for support?
i didn't even have to jack up my motor to do the front mount.. the other mounts supported it for the 2 seconds it was without a mount in the front..

rear and side mounts hold your engine in place while you change out the front
when you change the rear out thou, you have to jack the engine up little bit.

no need.. with the rear mount and the two side mounts still on, the motor wont go anywhere... when I took the bolt out of the stock one, it moved maybe a cm.

Any wheel hop with the A/T motor mount? I know there isnt any with the m/t, just wanna see what people say for just the Front A/T mount in.

I still get a little wheel hop at the top of 1st and the very top of 2nd with the front A/T mount. I'm also boostin 12 psi.
