motor build?

Getting so sick of all these dishonest crooked fuckhead mechanics. First Rcts blows up my motor and says its not there failt, now zr is too dumb to fill up the transmission and also accepts no responsibilty so again im stuck footing the bill. ******* bulls***
This is exactly why I have such a hard time trusting mechanics and in fact try avoiding it as often as I can.

Man, please put this on Beyond. I guarantee you Beyond CSI will get to the bottom of this and get it sorted out for you.

Beyond CSI is basically the members get together and get to the bottom of your issue. somebody knows somebody who works there, and they work to get your issue fixed.

Yeah this is nuts. If they made such a blatant mistake in complete disregard for your vehicle I think an outside source should be brought in to pressure them to make it right.

Aight ill look into getting ahold of the csi. By the way what Iac are you on the p5? Its not a mazda one right?

Update: got the transmission pulled of my other msp paid mechanics to install on the built car. Drove the car for 2 days, turbo blew up. Long string of bulls*** lol

Big shout out to alamo turbochargers. Thanks for not installing the hotside turbo bolts properly and causing the turbo wheel to snap.

Holy ****... Could more s*** possibly go wrong with this build? This is exactly the reason I do everything myself. Can't trust any shops.

PM Alamo1 he works there he might be able to help you out.

I allready talked to him in person hes not gonna do anything for me. I just pulled the turbo myself and will most likely be doing the install of the new turbo myself too

There is a difference between a 'mechanic' and a 'technician'... I know that may sound clich, but I've been in the automotive industry for 12 years now and I can assure you that there is a huge difference. A few things to consider when finding a shop to do repairs to your vehicle.

1) Cleanliness. Seriously. Look into the shop. If it's clean and stays clean, it's probably a shop that will do a better job.
2) Service writers/managers are actually knowledgeable. Not sales people. No cheesy lines. Not only knowledgeable, but clean-cut appearance. Not a 'mechanic' who needed more money while flag hours were low and shipped him up front.
3) Provides estimates up-front even if you say, "just fix it" and updates you the ENTIRE time your car is there.
4) Reputation- word of mouth, not a Google review or Yelp or other services. One (horrible) shop I worked for met a couple of the requirements, but otherwise was a horrible company to work for and have your car repaired by them. They actually owned the company that they referenced reviews to and could pick and choose which ones you saw. How many negative reviews -and trust me, there were many- actually made for you to see? NONE.

Just a few things.

Good luck on the court battle. Our warranty policy is stated plainly on the back of the invoice as 1 year. Seeing as the invoice was dated 2011 that's strike one. The invoice, in the notes under the housing we supplied says, Alamo did not overhaul the unit, NO WARRANTY. Two. And loose bolts, three years plus, after the fact that how many shops had handled the car and the turbo setup removed and insalled... I don't think I need to say any more. Facts speak for themselves.

We stand behind our work. We grant warranty when it is due.

Alamo does not stand behind there work. Alamo does half assed work. #1 you have no idea which shops did what on my car. #2 none of the shops ever unbolted the hotside of the turbo. Alamo was the only shop to touch this side and the pnly shop that modified the turbo. You clearly did it wrong and its a shame you wont own up to your mistake.

Thanks man. Ended up doing a charge back to my visa for zr autos big fuckup. As for alamo, Alamo is just a very bad company with bad employees. Rcts is another very greedy company. Car is now with vex performance. A few of my friends go there and have had great work done so im crossing my fingers that work gets done right this time. So far they fixed the transmission leak, and installed the new turbo, clocked it, welded the cracked corksport exhaust, welded the cracked corksport spipe, and they will be installing an authentic hks blow off valve very soon along with a haltech boost controll solenoid. Ended up getting the turbo off crossover, alamo quoted a ridiculous price.

bump new turbo on everything is back together. Anyone know what O rings help to seal up the injectors on a 505zoom manifold again? i think its 91 626 o rings but cant remember forsure.
