I have my eye on a Yellow, apparently for August.

I wasn't too thrilled about the new wing seeing it in photos, but after seeing it in person I really like it!

About the Titanium color; it looks alot like the Titanium color Honda used on the S2000's.

In person the wheels on the Yellow and the Titanium definately look darker.

The kid lookin' at the board is my son, guess he gets it from his father... (rofl) ...

Looks like the orange is ready for blast off. Houston, do you copy, over,we are now set for take off.Sweet pics man(thumb)I want that front bottom lip on 03.5 soooooooooo bad.

I didn't have my mp3 long before i noticed it's one flaw....and i'm not talking about the clunk

When you walk up to the car side on, you'll eventually see it. The rear skirts, and side skirts are lower then the front. It's almost makes it seem like the front is either the wrong size, or they just didn't finish it. This is why I always wanted the autoexe lip, but was afraid it would make the car too low. The one advantage to this is that I've never struck the front lip on anything. Since it kinda angles itself up the way it does ( hard to explain) I've never struck it.

The 2003.5's seems to have that "wrong size" thing taken care of. The skirts all seem to match now. But, I hope it's not too low. Not like it'll matter to me in the long run. But without the fogs, the 2003's defintely look better. But, I'll be slappin some fogs in that beast for sure.

Any pics of the rx-8's?

I snapped one photo of the RX-8 but it came out blurry...

All I have to say is, in my opinion the RX-8 looks awesome in person, much better than any of the photos I have seen. (wow)

I agree with you newf. This is why i want to get the Autoexe lip in the near future too. I honestly, don't think it will be too low without lowering on our cars. I think it completes the car more with the Autoexe lip, but without lowering, it's not the 'sweet as hell' look. I don't believe the lip on the '03.5 will touch or scrap anything.
The side skirt is deinately lower than the front, but i don't think the rear is lower then the front. The rear skirt is just a small piece that adds about a 1" or 2".

I've don't believe that on any rough roads, you'll ever scarp the front bumper because it has a 5.5" (which is quite a lot ) of ground clearance. The only think i have touched is the aerodynamic plastic peice that hangs about a 1" vertical to the ground (not the spilter)

is it just me or does the grey in all of these pics from toronto look nothing like the grey miata pics we seen? It looks like it has almost sorta of a purple'ish hint to it.

The miata was grey...no doubt. As was the RX-8. Are we sure it's the same color?

Or, is there something at the TO show near the car giving it this purple'ish haze?

And, could you see the sparkles in both paints? Some say they could, some say they couldn't.

TIA

I believe it is the same Titanium used on the US special edition Miata the US had for 2002. I have seen one of them in person before too.

Purple'ish haze must be from the blue neon lights behind it... did not see an hint of it up close.

Yes both are metallic and you can see sparkles in both.

I haven't seen any outdoor photos of the Titanium, but here are a few photos of the 2002 Miata in Titanium. I believe it has the same paint code.

And the yellow in the photos is the same yellow as the MSP, I believe...

I didn't take this pics!!!!

some are blurry sorry. I'll edit them out later. You'll see some pics of the paint on the grey up close, some shots of the interior that clearly show the pattern on the seat is different. And the wheels that are darker at least on the yellow.

Whoa!!
So many pictures to view..
where'd you get them from?

After all this researching about the two colours, what are you finally going to get?

Looking from the interior shot of the titianium grey shows a clear picture of the MPH speedo..
I guess these cars are from the States?
