My paint job was bad enough as it was so it really didn't need the waxing. I swear though... after I did that, like, the next weekend when I washed the car, I spoted a lot more pits and whatnot. It seemed doing the 3-step waxing weakened the paint to the point where it started breaking apart. ....Maybe it's just me.
Oh well. I plan on getting a new paint job sometime by the end of this year after I put my N/A engine in, put a sunroof in, and buy new rims/tyres. It'll be a nice dark grey color. I plan to keep the black trim, too, so that it gives adds a bit of contrast to the car. I don't like that all-one-color-paint-jobs I see so much on "fixed up" cars nowadays.
Hmm. I going on a rant. Bleh. I need to get going anyhow to drop a friend off.
