Modified Exhaust

I was pulled over Sunday night on Hwy 29 in Napa by C.H.P for 'Modified Exhaust.' I found this disturbing and funny. I've never been outside of the vehicle to hear it drive by. Since new I've been the only one to drive my 07 Cosmo Blue MS3. My exhaust is completely stock. Has any one else had this happen to them?

QFE. Did the joker have the gall to actually issue a ticket, or did he accept defeat graciously?

I was pulled over here in FL in my Supra and given a verbal warning about my modified exhaust, but that car actually has a modified exhaust. HKS Drager, which is supposedly 50-state legal. But the cop was fairly cool about it, even after I questioned his interpretation of the statute. (I did so politely, phrasing my question as if I were looking for more info, rather than asking him if his cranium had only recently been removed from his anal cavity for the special occasion that was pulling me over. Cops dig that.)

but yeah anyways i got pulled over for my rear bumper reflectors not being red (i have the black led ones that turn on red at night)

I told the piggy that "the car was completely stock." I did not get the ticket. Even if he did ticket me I'd fight it in court. All they'd have to do Is look under the vehicle.
