Half the reason it looks so hot is that its a 2006 model. The 2005 and earlier Sonatas are butt ugly.

Here is a stock 2006...

Looks like the body kit shown above is just the lower charcole colored pieces and the grill. The fog lights and lower air dam are stock.

i think hyundai sucks at design and they steal alot of stuff from other companies.

I think it looks like a cross between these Acura TSX/TL, Subaru Legacy, and BMW e46.

The stock Sonata GL and GLS come with a 2.4L I4 rated at 162hp and the LX comes with a 3.3L V6 rated at 237hp.

162 and 237.... deffinatly not as fast as it looks... but still a lil under the hood action and i am sure you could get 40-60 more ponies out of the v6 with out goin fi and that would be pretty sweet....
