Mobil One 6 months old.........is it still good???

Hey everyone, i was going through my storage today and found a case of Mobil one synthetic that i bought back in February.

Is it still usefull or does it start to break up after a while?

i would think if synthetic oil went bad after six months on the shelf then it wouldn't last in an engine for 1 day.

Gotta agree w/Aaron there... and I barely know jack about cars much less oil... I think you should be good.

You will be fine. Just think about it....dino oil stays underground for practically millions of years until it is mined and refined. It won't go sour like a gallon of milk...lol

very true. you'll be fine. i did store some rubbing compound for 6 mos during winter and it ruined it.
