has any one else had this come up on your 08 ms3?

I had a similar issue on my MS3. I had multiple issues with cylinder 3 misfire. The problem turned out to be 3 broken wires in the wiring harness. They fixed it and the problem went away and has been running strong since May. It took about 2 weeks of frustration for them to find it but they did finally and I am a happy camper.

it could also be a failed injector..... seen them on a few of these motors

No it hasn't come on at all. It just hesitates when I'm idling at a light or when I'm in neutral. It will be fine then 3-4 seconds later it bogs down for 2 seconds then it's fine again,then it bogs.We have an appointment on Saturday to have it checked out at the Mazda dealership.

sounds like the purge selonoid problem that the n/a mazda3 had...??
