Update !!
The assh*ole gave me wrong information!! And the owner of the truck said the truck had never been in Montreal!!!! Hahahahahahaha...The only way that's true is if they moved the plate. But 1 guarantee 100% bet my car on it that the plate I took down was the right one. Now I have to see the cops and file a hit & run.
