Mild Catback?

Just wondering, who makes the quietest 2.5" catback without a silencer? Right now I got a 2.5" spool catback with hks and it got annoying pretty quick since I'm setting alarms off in the neighborhood. And also the best fit.
Now for those that have gotten a custom exhaust, if I go to a local muffler shop are they going to flip out if they see my catless downpipe? or they won't care about it since they won't be working on that part? anyone deal with them in that matter?

exhaust shops CAN NOT take OFF a cat, if you go in with no cats they don't care...

It actually is against Federal law for shops to work on non emissions legal cars that "are operated on the street". Now, there are many shops that will, but they aren't supposed to.

thats not what i was told by more then 1 exhaust shop, even on the law signs it says something to this manner "5,000 dollar fine for removing any catylic convereter blah blah" i dont know maybe im incorrect =) acctually i think the fine is more then 5k isn't it?

Oops! (damn typing dyslexiya) Yes, #15804. 2.5" mandril bent, full stainless pipe and muffler. It also has a really sweet 3.5" rolled stainlees tip. like all their stuff, top notch quality and fit.

dnp is working on a 2.5 cat back it comes with a pre silencer it shoud not be loud like spools
