Wow guys i got some bad news ( for me ) ..... I get back from the beach on july 21.... I may not be able to make it..... but still not sure.....

Last years event was great, as promised, this years event is already bigger and better. We now have the backing of the Mazdaspeed Motorsports Development and Mazda N.A. as well. We are looking for 100-200 Mazda owners to join this Special Corral, that will benefit the following charities.

We are looking to raise money for both of these charities, we will have crew shirts from most if not all of the Speed World Challenge Teams, Tri-Point, Tindol, Stasis, Bimmerworld, Real Time and others too! A number of our own board sponsors have agreed to donate as well, CPE, RPM, Accolade, TWM as well as Sparco, Mazdaspeed Motorsports, Oakley, Piloti, Park Mazda of Wooster, Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Indians, Chili Pepper Racing, just to name a few.
We are currently working on ticket pricing and hospitality with Mid-Ohio Corporate. We will have an information link up, by early next week, along with printable fliers as well. We have deal with the Hampton Inn, in Wooster Ohio on rooms for $89 per night, which includes breakfast, we have 20-25 avaialbe to us, we will have the link to reserve the rooms, the hotel is 30 minutes from the track!
You will once again have paddock access to the Tindol, Tri-Point and the B-K Motorsports Paddocks. You will have a Q & A session with the teams, drivers, engineers and crew of each team. You will be provided lunch for two (2) days, be given a special Mazda Hat & T-shirt only for our Mazda Corral participants and their guest, parade laps, photo shoots and much much more. You will have an opportunity to win and bid for apparel, after market parts, Touring Car Team Cerw shirts and much, much more!
Remember, the corral is open for Mazda cars only, you can bring as many people as you want, but we can only allow Mazda vehicles only. If you are interested, please sign up on the interest thread below. List your car(s) and number of tickets, see below.
Check out the NEPOC section for the Lime Rock Mazda Corral, great photos, great cars and most of all GREAT PEOPLE! This event will be a huge event and every bit as good as Lime Rock!

Just want to advise you guys that Mid-Ohio has oversold the infield parking passes and sold our as well.
We have moved our "corral to the General Parking Area. Look for our tent with all of the Mazdaspeed Banners, etc. Everything is going to be the same as we have some new items added to the raffle/auction.

Just got home, unfortunately due to other commitments I had to leave early and was not able to watch any of the races. Just wanted to say thanks to Marlon (and everyone else) for all their hard work in making this happen. My son and I enjoyed the time we spent. It's sad that Mid-Ohio can't get their act together, but oh well. Next time I will be sure to check the forums before I go.
For anyone who has not attended any meetings like this, I urge you to go. You get to meet new people who have the same interest as you in Mazdas, and put faces to the names.

Just to let you guys know, we raised $2200 for each of the charities, we had several Mazda owners on the grid for the start of the race. I would like to thank all of the members who participated in the event and the difference we'll make in finding a cure for pediatric cancer.
Thanks to Jim & Amy Jo Osborn for letting a Mazda owner hold their VW Flag. Thanks to Randy Pobst, Michael Galati, Roberto Santos and Jeff Altenburg for allowing members to bid on holding the flags for the Mazda 6's!
It was great meeting all of you at the meet, thanks again for making our event a successful one, you are all a class act!

1st off, Thanks for being a class act yourself!!! Also, thanks for all your doing for the Mazda community. Sorry, I wasn't able to attend this event. Out of town over the weekend, but tivo saved my butt yet again. Just got done watching the ALMS race and the start of the Indy race. You guys and gals got to see some great racing. Wish I could have been there.
