Update
I just finished working on the Lime Rock Corral and my point man back East is working on the Watkins Glen event. As far as Mid Ohio goes, we are looking really good at this point. We are having an Auction/Raffle at our corral for charity.
We have selected the following charities. www.hatcherfoundation.org & www.kyliejanelong.org
Both of these organizations fight Pediatric Cancer and we have a number of sponsors coming on board to support of efforts,
Dave B., Piloti, Sparco, Tindol Motorsports, Mazdaspeed Motorsports, Oakley, Park Mazda of Wooster, CPE, Chillipepper Racing, to name a few. I am still contacting other companies to see if they are willing to donate.
Mary Katherine of Tindol Motorsports has donated an "official Tindol/Bravo Crew shirt". this Short is worn by her crew members and has all of her sponsors listed on the shirt. I am also trying to get one from Tri-Point as well, which I am sure that I can procure. I try a few of the other team that participate in the series to see if we can get them to donate a crew shirt.
This event will be one of the biggest events ever and one with a lot coverage from the media and we'll be a big part of it. I hope that we can get a number of Ohio members to show up and participate.
My contacts @ Mazdaspeed will be working on pricing and a few other items, which we will have finalized by the end of this month.

I am going to try and see if I can get a few more teams to donate a "crew shirt", I am sure that I can get Stasis to donate one, maybe even Lou Gigliotti as well.

I may be able to make it, if I get a relief in time to fly home from halfway around the world. I'm working on the gf now to get her to agree, but we will probably only be able to make it for one day due to family obligations. Any idea which day the parade lap will be on?
BTW, I have ridden Mid-Ohio on a motorcycle. Cool track, even at slow speeds it will be fun. The left hander after the right hander at the end of the straight is the best (has a crest right in the middle of the turn, lots of puckering when you are cranked over on a bike!).
