First, you might want to go to

1. What I like about the kit is that it provides an added level of safety when I am running the high boost map on my Unichip, assuming that the kit itself does not failand it has not in approximately 1.5 years of use. Also nice is the fact that I do not have to run 100 octane gas at the track (not that I go that often), as spraying methanol/water bumps my (R+M)/2 octane to at least 98, assuming that methanol is 114 octane (I've seen the octane of methanol reported to be both higher and lower, I should add).
2. There is nothing that I do not like about running the methanol/water injection. I use the windshield washer reservoir in the MSP as the methanol/water reservoir, which reduces the underhood clutter.
3. There are essentially no gains from the kit without tuning the engine management for it, as my thread above will attest. I picked up 20 whp peak and 12 wtq peak, but more importantly, I fattened the area under the curves significantly, which is key.
4. Roger and Jack at JapTrix, located in Riviera Beach Florida, did the fine job of tuning.
5. I run Unichip for my EMS.
6. I bought the kit from an outfit called Engine RunUp, but do not recommend them, as their service was essentially nill after I bought the kit and asked a few questions. The kit is a CoolingMist progressive controller, their 150 psi methanol compatible Shurflo pump, an M4 injector, and all the other parts to complete the installation (which I did on my own). I paid $389 for it, not including the micro filter and shipping. I do not use the filter anymore.
By the way, I run a mixture of 75% methanol and 25% distilled water.
