Meth Injection ? MS6

I'm thinking of getting meth injection soon. Its SEEMs from what ive read that this would be the best mod we could to our cars considering the heatsoak and such. I've only seen one person so far who has done this. He seemed pretty happy with the results !

I was just wondering why more people havent taken this route ?

I asked a friend of mine who is a mechanic....he has a MS6 also, he seemed to think that he wouldnt do this upgrade, which makes me a little hesitant

Also what is the best kit ? Stage 1 or stage 2. I was guessing 2 because it is controled by MAF voltage right ?

I'm no expert, but from what I understand Meth can/will eventually corrode some of the engine internals. If you do some research online you should come up with the same information. From what I've gathered it's not significant, but I'd rather steer clear like your mechanic buddy.

I dunno man. Meth is a hell of a drug. Yeah your MS6 may just seem like it only needs it on occasion just to fit in with the EVOs and STIs down at the track, but before you know it you'll find it letting other cars draft behind it during a race, sharing other cars meth bottles getting who knows what kind of junk in it's system, even selling off it's turbo and custom wheels just for a few puffs. Ever seen an ex meth-cylinderhead? Not pretty man; not pretty at all.

Just say "no." Meth: Not even once.

In all seriousness, I have no idea. But I couldn't resist. Now when you say "meth" do you mean methanol? That's pretty potent. How would the injection system work? Does it just inject some into the cylinders when you punch the button or is to automatic?

Yes Methanol !! SNOW performance makes a kit . It actually gets injected through the intake after the maf . It is controlled through maf voltage or can be done manually. But ive been reading up a little and I think I'm gonna skip it !!

IMO i think 50%/50% water/meth is pretty safe. Its alcohol its just gonna evaporate almost instantly anyways.

all meth is a no.

50/50 or 60/40 is okay. i will be doing it on the speed 3 in about 6weeks or less
