MEPP Extended Warranty for my '06 MS6

I just bought a 2006 MS6 about a month ago and have about 3 weeks left to decide if I want an extended warranty. Rigth now it's got 38,000 miles on it. What is everyone's opinion on an extended warranty for an MS6? Are the AWD components reliable? Turbo? I'm curious what the general reliability of these cars are. For those of you who have gone with the MEPP plan, what did you pay for it and where did you get it from?
