well, after just spending about 25mins on the phone with Beau I must say I am throroughly impressed with all facets of this kit, as well as his extensive product knowledge.

That thing is nice looking, very clean! So it's SS with a cermaic coating right? At the flange to the turbo, wouldn't some of the exhaust gasses it a wall when coming out of the turbo? It doesn't taper into the pipe so some of the exhaust would have to make a 90 degree turn to get out. Any thoughts of making a tapered pipe at the flange like this but in another material? Or is this not that big of a deal at our boost levels?

It's not a big issue at all.The turbine wheel is right at the flange hole.Since it's a T2, there's no casted down pipes similar to yours.There's really no other options at this time that I'm aware of.

Yes, it's Stainless steel that is ceramic coated.

also you get HKS SSQ BOV vs bosch, a larger FMIC, etc.

Instead of giving you 'upgrades' that add a lot to the cost of a kit, we include IT ALL from the start. Why not start with THE BEST instead of slowly getting it?
