The icons are random, simply because there is less chance of the same icon appearing several times that way.
For those who haven't signed up to the registry yet, you may do so here (please LOG IN to the forum first):

Signing up to the registry is a two part process. First time you enter your information at the bottom and click "add". Your information as it would appear is then shown. If the information is correct, click the "Okay, this is right" button.
The forum list will then become visible to you and will be sorted by distance from you. The map will be accessible at the following URL (I will link it to the top left soon).

If you know anyone that is an mp3 owner please have them sign up, it's a simple process should only take 10 min.
