whats the difference? pros and cons? i know the medieval is cheeper and im kinda tight on cash but if it sucks then ill just save another 50 and get the cobb. thanks everyone.
you might wanna read around but medieval has a bad rep with mazda owners right now. Check out corksport or Protege garage they both have different options that are just as good and cheaper then the cobb.
I had a medieval inlet. No real problems with it to be honest. It fit pretty nicely under the hood and the welds and powder coating looked good as far as I could tell. I sold it to a member on here and got the Corksport setup though. I just wanted something that was meant to go and flow together they way that does. I'd go Corksport, Cobb, or PG. Something that comes as a whole unit.
Didn't Medieval go belly up? I am using their TIP with no issues at all, been using it for 1.5 years. If I were doing right now I agree with AllLostThings "I'd go Corksport, Cobb, or PG." You could add CPE too...
Yeah Medieval did make some okay parts from time to time but its too much of a chance that he will decide not to make it and just keep your money. And his rep is so bad right now that he probably has no intentions on ever making anything.
So ya any other TIP would be best.
I picked up a Cobb TIP and I am going to install it this weekend.
