once again another spark plug blew up in motor n ther a mean ass tick in ther but i think its from sticky valves help me out....n did compression check 2day n the cylinder 4 wich is the 1 cylinder on the far right.... i think bent valves.....

What do you mean a spark plug "blew up?" As in the electrode is bent or what? More information is needed before anyone here can help you diagnose.

I just recently had a spark plug problem, they kept going out and I'd get a random ticking noise. I pulled my intake mani apart and found out it was in fact eating the VICS/VTCS.

You just shed another VICS or VTCS screw and now the plate is rattling around in the intake. Remove the manifold NOW.

yea the elctrode n i have low compression in cylinder 4 the cylinder on the far right

They are the screws on the butterfly valves in the intake manifold.

And you bent a valve too by the sound of it (low compression).
