Honestly dude, I'd say consider another set of rim. You're rears gonna end up being useless. Especially since your still in school and s***. You probably drive around with your friends a lot. I have a very slights drop (1.4 inch) And I can't even come close to taking a turn anywhere near fast. And that's rubbing on the topper part of the sidewall. You'd probably be rubbing on the tread even with the smallest load. You'd pretty much be giving up functionality for looks. Those wheels would have some poke to them. (that's with a load in the back, even one person in the back rubs. Other than that I'm rub free)
Just look at it this way. Lets say you get 215/40-17 tires with those wheels. You're looking at sticking out an extra 1.3 inches. So basically take a measuring tape or a ruler or some s***. Touch the tire and run it out 1.3 inches and you'll get a general idea of the slight poke that you're going to have. Now lets say you run a 205/40-17 Now you're looking at 1.1 inches, so you can try measuring that too. For a general idea mine stick out an extra 0.9 inches.
On the plus side you'd definitely clear the suspension with that offset (cool)
