Do you have any info on what they are going to do with it?
Is it going to be their house MSP, so buyers can test it or
are they going to sale it?
Are all dealers going to hold the MSP's that they get till Nov. 15?

That's what my dealer is threatening to do. I talked to them today and got confirmation of the delay. They don't even have one yet. If they let people test drive the first one, are they going to discount it when it comes time to sell it (when the rest of them come in)? They say no, but I'm thinking yes.RuggedMazda said:

I was told by the MAZDA dealer in Gerogetown they would have them by the end of the week. I was also told by the World Car Mazda that they would have them by the end of next week. So they are As good as in texas by the end of this week to next weekend.
All you guys getting your MS in texas go get a LOWJACK so everyone who thinks about stealing a MS will get Jacked back by the po-po. This would insure that we would not have the same phenomina that has happened to the Civic Si latley.( over 40% have been stolen that's like 1000 cars out of the 4000 produced across two years. It's only 6bills at World Car New Braunsfels (buick/pot/gmc). I know they can do better probably like $500.
i don't know who else installs them but it's not more than an hour drive to NB from sixth street.

A friend of mine works at Mazda South. I asked him why he got this car and when I can expect mine. Here is his response:
The Roger Beasley group always seems to get first dibs. Both Premier and Mazda South are #1 on that list (mainly Premier becuase they're the first dealership built by Mazda that sets the scale for EVERY new dealership to be built in the future.
aaaaanyways, i have no idea when other dealerships will get them, but you can always drive down here for one at MSRP!

AustinG--I drove out to Mazda South before lunch and was surprised to have two folks tell me they have no Mazdaspeed(?!?) They said they were to get one Wednesday but it didn't arrive. Did you actually see one?

Luckily, I pass by my dealer at least twice every day. Chances are I would see the car carrier, and if not, I would certainly see the orange car from the road.
