I'm 2 years running strong on my Spool Tubular manifold. Yes, they're extremely rare, and I'm proud to ahve one, but also very well built!

I agree with you but your runners are shorter than Scotts ... The 35R turbos are mad heavy and more under hardcore loads and engine movements even having AWR all around MM, they crack on welds and start leaking


what turbo are you running maxx, what are your numbers and PSI.. do you know if our Haltechs E6Xs have Launch Control ?

I'm running a T4 60 trim, a little bigger than your 35R IIRC, 10-25psi street, 31 on race gas.

I've posted many pics before. For the anti lag control consultt your haltech manual it's very easy to set up. As for launch control, only girls need it! use your feet!

and all the knocklite really does is tell you that you are pinging... what else can it do? nothing

there isn't anything that can beat the J&S... the J&S does full ignition control AND can tell you that it's pinging of course

you can never out tune or out speed what the J&S can do through any sort of standalone tuning

I agree with you but, the problem is they are discontinued and nobody elses sells it..

Since J&S Safeguard are not available for our Proteges at the moment ive bought the TurboXS Knock Light with TurboXS Bosch Knock Sensor, i need to monitor and hear Knock before i damage the engine, since we are going to boost considerable more than before we have decided that this little useful tool is a must in this build. Ill post pictures of the engine progress and this new toy of mine when it comes from USA..

assuming no conditions change, or you tune for the one most condusive to knock... yeah. but i think the idea is with the J&S is that you can tune a little more agressively on your maps, and let the J&S reign it in for you when necessary.

Also lets you know what gas stations regularly suck! Individual cylinder knock retard like the j&s uses is not an option for any ems that I know of...and a bit of cushion cant be a bad thing with this motor

I know is a good thing to have, but they dont sell them anymore, and nothing around is available to purchase, plus the car is going to be back at the streets anytime between this week and the upcoming one, so basically no time. Having this knock light atleast can tell me visually if the car is detonating and not wondering what that pinging noise is you know. of course when theres one J&S available to purchase ill get it but at the moment everything have gone right in my past build and hopefully will in this one. I also use Meth everytime i use the car that also helps me and prevent detonation as well. i brought with me 64 bottles of Boost Juice Meth from Snow Performance of 1 gallon each so ill have enough already mixed meth until some J&S pops up for sale somewhere here..

Wow dude ur car is badass. Ive never seen pics of ur car before. Im blowin away at the size of the turbo. Its like a freakin dinner plate. I dont see a coolant resv tank tho. Or im not looking properly? (uhm)
