Does anyone know if they'll be available somewhere?

at your local dealer....its the only place you will find them....UNLESS you happen on someone with a MSP that is going to put aftermarket wheels on and wants to sell theirs....OR if some unfortunate soul happens to total their MSP and it ends up in a junk yard and you can scarf them up that way....but I wouldn't hold my breath...

getting them at a dealer will set you back around $300 EACH....once they finally get some in stock......

Depends which Mazdaspeed wheels you mean .. the ones from the Mazdaspeed Protege (which Sir Nuke was talking about), or the ones from Japan.

The Japanese ones are available through Corksport and that is the only place you can get them I think, because Rays is not authorized to sell them in North America.
