i was just wondering who has experience with the mazdaspeed spring kit.

http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/spe...LineCode=MZ3&startModelYear=2004&categoryId=4

at first glance they seem a little pricy but it does come with the camber links for the rear (msrp of $250 alone) and new bumpstops designed for the car by mazda
plus from what the dealer has told me they do not void the warenty. seems like a no brainer espessially since i get em for cost working for the dealership bodyshop.

my only questions are.
1. how much is front camber affected
2. are you satisfied with the performance?
3. hows the ride?

they don't really affect front camber at all due to the suspension geometry (where the rear is affected) if you get it at cost and you want the bump stops and the links then i say do it... they people that have done it have not complained...

springs

I have the mazda speed spring set on my 06 hatch and I love it, it does not sit so low that you feel everything, however it is still a little rougher then stock. It takes you low but not so low that you have to make a vallient effort to clear a speed bump. It effects the camber and toe for the better, I know that I went through my first set of goodyears is the front like they were nothing. Now my bfgs have outlasted my goodyears and have less were on the inside wall of the tire which the 3's are notorious for. Hope this helps.

Sorry to double post, but it does get rid of I'd say 80% of all body roll, turns at 25-30 have almost no body roll anymore.
