MAZDASPEED Sport Exhaust installed today!!!

I had a 4" tip muffler on the rear section and it sounded too loud, so I had to put a silencer on.
I got the mazdaspeed muffler delivered today and I went to a muffler shop right away.
Installation took only 5 minutes as long as it was a bolt-on.
Sound is not that loud but it gets louder from 2500 rpm as it accelerates hard. It works very well with the Injen.
Now I'm not afraid of cops lol

Yeah go for Mazdaspeed.
It's a OEM part of Mazda, so it's legal and doesn't intrupt you when you sell your car. And it fits

Looks great. I have the Racing Beat exhaust from the MP3, and it sounds like they are about the same. I love how the exhaust isn't too loud, but yeah you're right, it sounds great with the Injen CAI. Gotta love the polished look.

I'm very happy with my Mazdaspeed exhaust. My only complaint is that it drones a bit on the highway at 120 and above and that it sounds much better outside the car that it does from the inside. But I love the sound it makes in conjunction with my AEM intake and I love the way it looks.

Is it a catback exhaust all for around $200?! I want to do this and go for an Injen or AEM short intake system, but haven't decided on the latter two.

Mister T, if you want to convert it to a cat-back, you can take it to any exhaust/piping shop. They'll do it for you.
