Yeah, That's an old sponsor car.
...it was sponsored my Mazdaspeed at SEMA awhile back...
My friend John purchased it and drove it back here to GA from CA.
Then sold it again.

are there any aftermarket manufacturers that make seats that retain side airbag functionality? i just learned my ES has side airbags and would consider upgrading seats if i could keep the side airbags. i heard that recaro made aftermarket seats that had side airbags for the mini cooper, but they werent compatible with the mini cooper's model year 2005+ airbag sensors.

i was pretty surprized, but believe there was an option for side air bags w/ abs brakes. look at the sides of your seats. if you see an SRS badge i'm sure they wouldnt put an SRS badge on a non air bag equiped seat.
