BTW, the PDF files in this thread don't open for me. I get "bad encript dictionary" form Adobe
 
yea they are m8x1.25

and most places like auto zone or advanced auto have a little board that had threads on it so u can try ur stud or nut on the board to see if its the right thread pitch

the pdf works for me....
 
My buddy and I are parting out a 88 Turbo MKIII Supra.

Car is still complete right now. Has a few aftermarket parts.

Try to use Foxit for the PDFs if Adobe doesn't like them. They work fine for me.

Edit: but that doesn't do the Mac guy any good. I can't make any recommendations there.
 
Just download the most recent Adobe. Works with that. BTW this is probably the best post on this forum:)

no because it is a different kind of metal and the expansion rate is different... it is especially so if you are using different fasteners

So how do we determine the appropriate torque for aftermarket manifolds and fasteners?
