Hello, I am trying to sort out some wiring issues on my 2003.5 MSP, I recently replaced a damaged ECU, causing a CEL to show up, but we are having some problems reading the code. OBD2 has power and ground, but scan tools cannot connect to the car. We have power and 2 grounds, just trying to get a positive confirmation that ECU pins 13 and 79 are what connect to OBD2 for diagnostics (labeled as KLin and Bus +). Plan to bypass the DLC2 port completely, ECU is replaced and power and ground present but OBD2 will not read.
