mazdaspeed lemon ?

My speed3 is back in this afternoon after getting it back just yesterday It has been at the dealer since the 25th of july . They actually replaced the transmission after tinkering with it for 3 weeks until they decided it needed to be replaced . At first i just thought it was tight and would lossen up but it remained extremely hard to shift to 2nd 4th 5th and 6th . I pushed the clutch down and asked my gf to try and pull it back and she couldn't do it with both hands. there was also a strange clanking under the car almost like the sound a loose drive shaft would make . They installed the sat radio and aux jack adapter for me as a token of make me feel better that they suck. Well that was nice of them but the managed to F@%* thatup too ! the console was scratched and the radio face was also gouged . There must be a bunch of 10yr kids back there working on my car . Not to mention the whole time it was in there and they still didn't manage to get a little plastic peice that broke off of my center air vent .

has anybody ever used the lemon law ? how do I do it? is there a speed3 coming out for 2008 ?

ive got 15k on mine and it runs great uses no oils no prblems except spikeing due to the intake

even the guy who one the white speed 3 on here his trans was ****** up before the first 100 miles , its a delervry -construction issue unfortuntly on some cars

My car went in for a free oil change, it left with oil all over the hood, headlamp, bumper and door interior. It went in for the recall and left with a pull and crooked steering wheel. When it went in for the alignment it left with 4 f'ed up rims. Sometimes the dealer sucks not Mazda. I have faith in my car and it has a warranty for a reason. The dealers don't pay well and a tech on warranty time will not want to tear down your trans. It probably bounced around a week before the tech even got forced to tear it down as per Mazda diag procedure. You can't blame Mazda for the dealer trying to get around procedure. I don't know if the dealer screwing up your car falls under lemon law but I doubt it.

Got my car back this afternoon. i called the dealer after looking on here and reading about the motor mount recall and told them about it . i know I asked for them to check it a month after I got the car and they said it was ok . But today it was a different story they said it was on the recall and they replaced it with a newer one in the description it said bolt.
