the mag with the article is the april issue of Import Racer (on news stands now)

HCI mag stands for Hot Compacts and Imports. it is pretty good reading material.

Wow. Just unbelivibly Wow. At least I know that our MSPs are worth everypenny. Just the sad part is that we have to shell at least 5G CAD just to do all that work... Funny that most of the money would have be spent to the ECU calibration. I wonder how they modified the ECU???

Yeah i took my car to a tuner shop, those upgrades were exactly what they suggested until getting a New computer, along with changing from a MAF to a mapping fuel sensor. I'm glad to see that article it makes those guys more credible in my book.
