MazdaSpeed Badging Question...

Has anyone removed or TRIED to remove the rear badging on their mazdaspeed MX-5??

If so, how were they connected to the car and what was the condition of the paint after the removal?

Also, do you have any suggestions for me because I am DIEING to clean up my tail!

Thank you for the response, BUT the '04 MazdaSpeed have the badges on the TRUNK LID unlike the years prior.. I had a '99 before my '04 and the badges seem completely different.. The '99 badges were more plastic like with the pins while the '04 badges seem to be completely metal which leads me to think that these MUST be connected to the trunk lid by glue rather then pins... (boom07)

Ultimately, I'm probably the only nut that WANTS to remove these! *LOL*

Just for you... Yes they are only on with adhesive tape (MAZDASPEED and MX5) that is. The logo in the center "the flying M" is held on with pins. Here is a link to tell you how to remove.
