Mazdaspeed6 GT
hey guys Im in a bind here,
my lease is up at the end of the month and i want to stay with the Mazda family, I first looked at the RX8, it looks sick, and drives really fast, but its really expenssive $$$ and im nervous about the winter, it being a rear wheel drive.. so now im thinking of the mazdaspeed 6, its even faster, good for winter (I guess) AWD, and is less $$$$. but it doesnt have the same sportscar look..

what do you guys think, i dont know too much about them only whats on the manual. what are the pro's and con's you guys have heard or know between the RX8 GT and the Mazadaspeed 6?

thanks guys:

Snooky!

man i speant the weekend at zoom zoom live and wasn't as impressed with the ms6 as i thought i would be. but the rx8 really blew me away. i really liked everything about that car! and i dunno about canada but the rx8 can be had for cheaper than the ms6 around here.

ya its tru the only reason there ginging me a better deal on the ms6 is because its a the last one my dealership has for the 2006 model, and its also a demo, it has 250km on it presently, which is not alot at all.

RX-8's are not winter cars, I repeat NOT WINTER CARS. The Rx-8 is pretty much a track ready car it will give you a lot of problems in winter. And there is no way you will ever be able to squeeze 400 kilometers per gas tank in normal conditions and that's premium gas.

YOu see everyone i know that has the RX8 tells me the same thing "DONT GET IT, FOR WINTER"... but yet its soooo sporty looking compared to the MS6, but the MS6 has 274HP! compare that to the 125hp i have now, hahaha!

Do yourself a favor and go with the ms6. You'll get a much better deal on the speed6, more power, awd, four doors and you won't have to worry about getting stuck when it snows...if you lived in south beach i'd say RX8 all the way...but you're canada and from my experience living in new england my whole life it's either front drive, awd, or 4x4 to get around in the winter time. Front drive works well with some all seasons or snows...good luck!

Glad you got the MS6 in the end. Now enjoy your ride! After all you work hard for it!

I do and i will! Hehehe, its funny,

in the beggining i had such a bad rep for havin such a riced up P5. I gotta admit it was really bad at first,

i had, blue seat covers from wal-mart , lights on the tire valve that would blink, blue shifter boot (wich i actually kept on till the end...) fake blue switch console, with a fake NOS botton HAHAHAHA, chrom altezas... the list goes on and on, but at the end i think i made my p5 look alot more mature and sporty looking, by taking all that blue sh!t, the altezaa adding smoked tail lights, lowering eibachs, clear reflecto lens, eye lid, dvd player.... But now Going from that to a kick ass MS6!, ya i guess u could say i "earned it " hehehehe!!!!
