As long as the brakes are the same size they'll be fine, Tire rack lists the same kind of wheels from 09-11, however they don't list 16" rims for either car.
Since you are local feel free to stop by and we can do a test fit, these are one of the best snow tires out there.
No TPMS, it won't cause any problems, the only thing is that the low pressure light will be lit up on the dash, no noises on the 09 etc.. This does not cause any problems with traction control or any other of the vehicles safety functions.
