Let me know where that is at and what time you guys plan on meeting there. I might be out of town that weekend for the softball team getaway, but I would like to either meet up early Sat or later on Sunday.

i don't know if it has yet been posted by Matt, so I will post it here;
I would like a definitive list of who is and who is not coming to this event. I'd like to know what kind of expectations to have in terms of food and supplies. Also, word is some customers would like me to bring some parts or merchandise to this event. I have no problem doing that, I just would like to know what kinds of things people would like to see me bring. I run pretty lean on inventory to keep costs down so anything anyone would like to see, I need to know by this friday at the latest.
for food i would like to know if people would prefer a bring a dish/pot luck style or professionally catered affair. let me or matt know ASAP
