I own a 2004 Mazda Mazda3s and I am looking to buy a Mazda3 Navigation pop-up housing just the housing or something similar to what Mazda would have installed if I bought the car from Mazda with navigation. The reason I am looking for one is because I just got a Garmin Nuiv 1490 (5" screen) as a gift and Im not a big fan of the suction cup stand. Im looking for the housing to have the Garmin fitted and permanently installed with a USB cable running out on the glove box for computer updates. If anyone knows of a company/site that sells something similar that would be great.
I went to couple of different places to have something custom built but it would be folding into the dash. One place gave me a price of $500-$800 and another $200-$300.
