Anyone got this option? Any picture/video for it?

I also don't see mud guard available as option, is this not needed?

I have the interior lighting kit in my 2014 sGT. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Its nothing like the previous versions. I'm just glad I paid cost and had someone in our service department put it in for me, and not full retail and install. I even went as far as to call Mazda Corp. to complain.

Maybe it's a typo. Perhaps it's supposed to say "InFerior lighting kit."

I shouldn't really talk; I ordered it on my car. Might have to ditch that before it gets here!

I don't have the new three but in my protege5 putting in the foot well lighting was as easy as tapping into one of the wires under the dash. I just used two 3" led strips and stuck them in place. Someone will, most likely, post up the instruction on how to install the factory kit and then just apply that to what ever led strips you like.

I'd recommend not paying for it unless they'll just throw it in. the ILK came on my 2015 iTouring. It's something I would have considered if I was ordering it, but I would have been entirely disappointed if I had payed the price for it. Honestly, I didn't even notice the LEDs for a while. Thankfully, the quote for mine with extra options was still less than other dealers w/o options, so I went with it.

You can buy interior lighting kits on eBay for less than $30...It's just a matter of changing out the bulbs. Takes about 15 minutes to do all of them.

I would recommend mud guards, at least for the front, with any FWD car. I think they run about $70/pr online, and are good insurance against having to repaint the rocker panels.
