Mazda3hatchback said:I have an opinion and its about your ride. First of all you never cut your springs. its going to cause your car to bounce very hard over bumps as well as time goes by they will shrink and your going to have to get new springs. If you were smart you would have bought eibach springs that were made for lowering. I did the same thing to my old mustang by cutting the springs and I screwed up my car tremendously having to buy new springs. Give it some time and you will regret doing what you have just done. Second of all thats a nice looking intake but if you now your car the engine bay is a sucker for getting extremely hot so all your doing is actually hurting the performance of your car after its heated up to operating temperature. You will be sucking hot air into your intake causing poor performance. You should of just kept your original intake system since it actually does collect cold air from below the engine compartment. Short ram intakes or worthless. You should wait to get the cold air intakes to really see some gains. I am waiting to get my free intake from K@N since i let them use my car for testing. You may have the first intake but your not very smart for using it. Sorry man I know from experience of having several modded cars before this.
I don't agree with the cut springs either, but I have alot more common sense then to call someone a jackass for doing it.
Looks nice, little too low for the streets here. Powder coat those rims and make some sort of heat sheild for the intake.
