Mazda2 exhaust with race pipe

Looking to order as I have just bought a liquid silver 2.
Have not had a chance to look underneath but I believe the race pipe will replace the 2nd cat.
Any issues with this full setup throwing a cel?

Installation of the racepipe model will not give a check engine light. The 2nd catalyst is not monitored by the ECU in the Mazda 2.

Not to change the subject, but have you guys ever thought about offering just an axle-back section or muffler for the 2 to lower the price a bit?
